Cancellation Policy

AGS Dog Grooming School – Dog Grooming Course Policy By enrolling in the 6-Day Dog Grooming Course offered by AGS Dog Grooming School, you agree to the following terms and conditions: 1. Enrolment & Payment A non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your place in the course. This deposit confirms your commitment and is strictly non-transferable and non-refundable under any circumstances. The balance of the course fee must be paid in full no later than 7 days prior to the course commencement date. Failure to make full payment on time may result in the loss of your place in the course, and your deposit will be forfeited. 2. Cancellations & Refunds If you choose to opt out of the course at any time, no refund will be issued for any portion of the fees paid. If you miss a day(s) due to illness, AGS Dog Grooming School may offer make-up days at our discretion, subject to availability and appropriate evidence (e.g. medical certificate). In the event that AGS cancels a course or a specific training day, we will offer either a make-up day or a partial refund equivalent to the missed day(s). We reserve the right to reschedule training days where necessary. 3. Course Participation Requirements Participants are expected to attend all six days of the course and actively participate in both theory and hands-on practical training. Students must comply with health and safety instructions and adhere to professional standards and conduct while handling animals and grooming tools. 4. Liability & Legal Disclaimer AGS Dog Grooming School is committed to providing a safe and professional training environment. However, participants understand and agree that working with animals carries inherent risks. AGS Dog Grooming School, its staff, or representatives will not be held liable for any injury, loss, or damage sustained during the course, unless caused by gross negligence. All students must sign a liability waiver before commencing the course. It is the student’s responsibility to ensure they are physically able to participate in all practical aspects of the course. Completion of this course does not constitute a government-recognised qualification; however, it provides you with the hands-on skills necessary to begin or enhance a career in dog grooming.
